Free Holiday Activities and Food to eligible young people during the school holidays
We are honoured to once again receive funding to deliver HAF (Holiday Activities and Food) by Hampshire County Council for the fourth year in a row.
Throughout the summer, projects in Fareham, Gosport and Waterlooville will be supporting young people aged 8 to 16 who are in receipt of free school meals* with a full programme of activities, games and a healthy menu of home cooked food.
We pride ourselves on delivering outstanding service to young people, catering to their needs and providing support to families. We use holistic methods of support by qualified and trained youth workers and volunteers.
As part of our youth charity, Y Scrapstore supply resources for some of the sessions to create different and imaginative crafts, compositions and collages. This promotes reuse/recycle/repurpose mentality with our attendees using items which would otherwise be sent to landfill.
To book call/text 07709 936521 or email haf@yservices.co.uk and include a contact telephone number, the name of attendee/s and the location you are interested in booking.
This project is funded by Connect4Communities, Hampshire County Council and Department for Education
*Places are also available for young people who are SEND, have a social worker, EHH, EHCP, Ukrainian or Afghan refugee.
